At Roots and Leaves Collections, we take pride in providing high-quality natural products. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund and return guidelines.

Returns

We do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

After verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

* The product received is damaged or defective
* The wrong product has been delivered

Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

* Change of mind after purchase
* Product not used as instructed
* Minor variations in results
